Medical Center

The medical center run at Malavli Campus is having Dispensary & Village Visit Programme. In this year, around 2200 patients were checked up and treatment given. Most of them were children.

The village medical check ups and regular visits have brought good results among the community. One Doctor and two Paramedical Staff are working.

The Medical Centre at Malavli has become a very useful place for the people from the surrounding 30 villages. These villages comprise of population strength of 35,000 out of which 3500 women are already connected with the Self Help Group through SAMPARC’s Women Empowerment Programme. Due to the  initiatives of these women, who are the main linkages, SAMPARC took up this community health support programme. Under this programme, SAMPARC undertakes awareness building on safe drinking water, smokeless oven, better mother & child care practices, nutrition, sanitation & hygiene, water-born diseases, use of medicine to tackle various health problems and various preventive health care issues.

Mobile Medical Van

A Mobile Van unit is developed with the help of Ruchika Club, Mumbai & Forsynth Partners LLC, Dubai. This Mobile Clinic will attend patients in the surrounding villages. It is also equipped to conduct diagnostic & pathological check-ups. SAMPARC is already linked with CIPLA Foundation for medicines to promote safe drinking water, cleanliness & health support, prevent gynecological infection, tackle water-born diseases, viral & pathogenic infections and other health problems for women & children.
